Keemun Black Tea is regarded by many as China's finest black tea. The name Keemun comes from the county Qimen in Anhui province.

Brewing Methods
1. Use 1 soupspoon/caddyspoon.
2. Heat 1/2 litre of water to around 90 degrees (just off boiling)
3. Rinse tea by covering it with some of the hot water and tipping it away
4. Re-infuse tea and steep for 3-5 mins to taste.
5. Can be re-infused around 4 times or until no taste remains
Best enjoyed in a Yixing Teapot
